Parallel Presentation
The Parallel Presentation sessions at I-CONEMCIL 2026 provide authors with an opportunity to present their research findings, innovative ideas, and best practices related to education, marine sustainability, fisheries, maritime studies, information technology, logistics, and other interdisciplinary fields aligned with the conference theme.
As I-CONEMCIL 2026 is conducted fully online, all presentations will be delivered through Zoom Meeting. Participants will be assigned to virtual parallel rooms (breakout rooms) based on the thematic areas of their papers.
Presentation Format
• Each parallel session is scheduled for 60 minutes.
• Each session consists of approximately four to five presenters.
• Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for presentation and discussion.
• Presenters are encouraged to focus on the objectives, methodology, findings, and contributions of their research.
• Session moderators will facilitate presentations and discussions to ensure smooth and productive interactions.
Online Presentation Platform
• All parallel sessions will be conducted via Zoom Meeting.
• Participants will be assigned to dedicated breakout rooms according to their presentation track.
• Presenters are required to join their assigned room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
• Stable internet access, a working microphone, and presentation slides are required.
Technical Guidelines
Detailed technical instructions, Zoom links, presentation schedules, and breakout room assignments will be provided to accepted presenters after the final acceptance announcement.
Certificate and Publication Eligibility
Only papers that are presented during the conference will be eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings and consideration for publication opportunities, subject to editorial review and publication requirements.
